These "software repairs" will not affect your warranty on your laptop or desktop computer.

These machines and their software can be over whelmingly complex and when they are working right everything in the world is O.K., but when some error message comes up it can be daunting to understand what the error message is taking about and then how to correct it. Give us a chance to make your machine happy again. With many years experience troubleshooting these problems we can get to the root of the problem and get it cured. | $39.00 for the 1st

| Data and File Extraction | You find that you have to send your laptop or desktop out for warranty service, could be awhile before you get it back and when you do it will be wiped clean of any of your data that you had on it. Right? We can extract you data and burn it onto CD's or DVD's. Now when you are trying to catch up on your replacement computer and find you need a file there is no worry it could be lost, you got it and can place it on whatever computer you are using. | $29.00 process takes about 90 minutes typically plus Ohio Sales Tax. |

| Virus Removal | Removing some of these "baddies" is really involved and can be time consuming. We work hard to keep you date and files intact. Please remember that some of these "baddies" go after user files and data, if these files are damaged normally they can not be restored to their original condition. We highly recommend installing the preventative care programs listed under the "Selected Software Security Solutions" page -- We have found these programs to be most effective programs currently available to keep you vaccinated from these "baddies". Please note: Till all scans are completed it is impossible to tell the final amount of time required to complete potential repairs. At some point, depending on the level of infestation and damage it may be the better choice to pursue a "System Rebuild". Any charges made to that point can be applied to the charge of a "System Rebuild". | $59.00 for 1st

| System Rebuild | This is a situation where software repair of the operating system just can not be accomplished. Re-installing the operating system and all the user programs is the only choice. We will make a back-up of the damaged hard drive in order to preserve as much as possible the users files and data. Then the hard drive will be wiped and checked for usability. If the hard drive is usable the new operating system, support/utility programs and user programs will be re-installed. All updates for the operating system and all other installed programs will be installed. Then a new system restore disc will be made for the user. Any discs the user can supply will quicken the process. | This type of work is
done only in shop and can take from 1-3 business days

| System Refurbishing | This is a special situation where you are preparing a system for use by someone else and you want all the old data and operating system wiped from the hard drive. Then to have a "barebones" operating system installed. No effort is made to extract or recover all data or files from the hard drive. The hard drive is wiped and tested for usability and if found to be in acceptable condition the operating system, and all updates, are installed. The .programs from the "Selected Software Security Solutions" page are installed and a system restore disk is created. Bulk rates are available for this service. | This type of work is
done only in shop and can take from 3-5 business days
